bootyswagga I've never used a USB dongle myself, so hopefully that helps make some progress in my ticket that can translate to progress in yours. I had a faulty HDD still connected which stood out since it was "unknown" and throwing an error, but having cleared that up, I'm hoping whatever the issue actually is rears its head and we can all get the fix we're hoping for.
Regarding yours not connecting via Bluetooth but needing to run msinfo while it's connected, it does seem like a catch-22, especially if the use of a dongle is the only way you're able to get it to connect. Do you know if your MB BT has BLE capabilities? It might seem like a silly question since you're obviously pretty tech-savvy, but I didn't even know BLE was a thing until I got the T4.
If yours won't even connect at all, that sounds like a more serious fault than connection instability. If I hold mine next to the BT/WiFi antenna that came with the MB, and don't press any of the keys, buttons, or touchpad on the T4, it's stable enough to get the NFO with it connected, which is what I've been doing. Obviously can't use it if it's only stable when not being used, though.
Being a relatively niche product and support being manned by a small team (possibly just one person?) whose work responsibilities are surely much broader than just technical support, I expected a longer turnaround time than I've gotten, so I'm optimistic so far, even in light of the circles you're being run in. Granted, I was pretty anxious in the beginning, and also felt that same souring of the excitement you've described.
