I really need to find another way of using my Twiddler 3, the normal way of holding it has never worked well for my fingers. I had an idea of holding it the other way up, chording by pressing multiple buttons with my thumb. If I press adjacent rows only, I only get 27 chords at most and middle-column chords would probably be error-prone. If I can press 2 buttons per row, I can get at least 45 chords, so I'm asking as the title says, is there a custom firmware enabling multiple characters in the same row?
I really should have bought a Twiddler 4 but it's not an option for now, I can't afford to.
